Appointment Times
We see all of our clients by appointment. This is time set aside especially for you. We prepare the treatment room and reserve one-on-one time for you with the doctor and our team members. This gives us the opportunity to define your needs and determine how we can provide you the best possible care.
Appointments are confirmations. In the event you must reschedule, it is essential that you inform us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. A fee will be charged for appointments cancelled without 24 hour notice.

Payment and Insurance
Payment is expected when services are rendered. As a courtesy, at the end of each visit, you will receive all of the information necessary to file your insurance claim. Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of dental care. Individual insurance policies vary. Please check with your insurance provider for details of your coverage.
